  • All product prices include UK VAT (Value Added Tax). Since we only ship within the United Kingdom, the price shown at checkout is the final price — no extra charges apply.

Order Handling & Processing Time

  • Orders are handled & processed within 2–3 business days.

  • During this time, items are prepared, quality-checked, and packed for dispatch.

    Note: (Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays).

In-transit Timeframe

  • In-transit time: 4–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery usually takes 6–8 business days from the order date (2–3 days processing + 4–5 days In-transit)

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel’s status and estimated delivery date.

Missed Deliveries & Address Changes

  • If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions.

  • Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Contact our support team immediately if you need an update.

Damaged (During Transit) or Lost Parcels

If you haven’t received your product despite being marked as delivered, kindly check the shipping address.

  • Examine every spot in your home that could be used for delivery.
  • Ask neighbors or family members if they accept the package.
  • To begin a claim, provide your tracking number to the courier.
  • If your package is reported misplaced, please get in touch with us right away via email at info@jackbriton.co.uk and include your order number.
  • Depending on your desire, we will either reship your product or issue a refund.
